We report the first case of proven peritonitis caused by Fusarium species in a renal transplant recipient which is also the first successfully managed with voriconazole. We also review previously reported cases of fusarial infection in solid organ transplant recipients. Published 11 April 2005 in Transpl Int, 18(5): 613-8.
